Practitioner specializing in plastic surgery and advanced aesthetic procedures. As the
founder of a successful medical aesthetics center sold for $1.3M, she brings an
exceptional level of expertise in patient selection, facial assessment, and procedural
planning.
She has trained medical providers nationwide in aesthetic injectables and is widely
recognized for her precision, safety-first philosophy, and deep understanding of facial
anatomy.
At Safe Lift Passage, Constance provides expert medical oversight, ensuring that each
client is guided toward appropriate surgical decisions with a focus on safety, outcomes,
and long-term satisfaction.

Joni Dennis brings over 25 years of international yachting experience as a private chef
aboard luxury vessels, where she traveled the world managing high-level provisioning,
guest care, and seamless onboard operations.
Her background has shaped an extraordinary ability to anticipate needs, coordinate
complex logistics, and deliver a level of service that feels both effortless and deeply
attentive. With a true heart for caregiving, Joni creates an environment where clients feel
supported, comfortable, and genuinely cared for.

Medical Interpreter & International Coordinator
Jeyhun “Jack” Shanazarov is a multilingual medical interpreter and international
coordinator based in Istanbul, fluent in English, Russian, Turkish, Uzbek, Azerbaijani,
Kazakh, Kyrgyz, and Turkmen.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages from V.N. Karazin Kharkiv National
University and brings extensive experience across healthcare, hospitality, and
international operations, including roles in medical interpretation and coordination in
Istanbul.
With years of experience supporting patients through surgical environments, Jack works
closely with physicians and hospital staff to ensure seamless communication and
coordination. His calm presence, cultural fluency, and disciplined approach provide clarity,
confidence, and reassurance for every client navigating care abroad.
